File Preparation Instructions

Step 1: Check Dimensions and Color Settings

• Make sure your file matches the required dimensions for the product.

• Create your artwork in CMYK mode with a resolution of 300 dpi.

• Include 1/16 inch bleeds on all sides to prevent any white borders after trimming.

• Avoid using borders too close to the trim as they may appear off-center.

 

Step 2: Embed Images and Outline Text

• Ensure all images are embedded within your file to prevent any missing links.

• Outline all text to maintain font integrity, especially if using custom or non-standard fonts.

 

Step 3: Export to PDF with Bleeds

• Export your finalized design into PDF format, including the bleeds to ensure proper printing.

• Double-check that the PDF includes the necessary bleed area around the edges of your design.
